I woke up and got up quite early, but I didn't go out for a walk before breakfast. After breakfast, however, I walked the long way over to an appointment with my doctor at 9:00, and then walked back the other way, effectively going all the way around the big loop. On my way back, I also talked again with my friend, David, in Tel Aviv. I also took some nice pictures, including today's pic of the day, with a tree and a bicycle in Nakhal Shakhamon:

I taught 8 units of Berlitz lessons today: 11:00-12:30, 3:30-5:00, 5:00-6:30, and 7:00-8:30.

After my first lesson, I did some grocery shopping.

I had a salad and rice and beans for lunch.

I walked a total of 6.3 kilometers today.
