I got up a little late this morning, but I still managed to walk to the highway 12 kikar and back and thereby get some good exercise for the day.
I taught only 4 units of Berlitz lessons today: 9:00-10:30 and 4:30-6:00. In many countries, today is a holiday marking the end of World War I, but, as I found out from my first student today, not in Germany. Hmmm... I wonder why (NOT!).
We ate lunch at Café Café at Ice Park today. David had a sort of salmon shwarma burrito (talk about mixing it up!), and I had a "Vitamins, Health, and Iron" salad: lentils, purple onions, sprouts, walnuts, a few pieces of dried fruit, and tsfati cheese. It was okay but nothing all that special.
We had popcorn at home this evening, something we haven't had in forever!
