Monday, 6 October 2014

I woke up fairly early this morning after a good night's sleep, but I thought it was earlier than it really was because the battery was almost run down in my bedside clock (I don't wear a watch in bed). I still got up in time, though, to walk to the bridge over the wash just a little beyond highway 12.

I taught 11 units of Berlitz lessons today: 9:00-10:30, 12:00-1:30, 2:30-4:00, 4:00-5:30, 5:45-7:15, and 7:15-8:00.

Between my first 2 lessons, I went to an appointment with our family doctor that I had scheduled for David, but he didn't go with me. Mostly, it was just to talk with the doctor about the lab results and to get all our regular prescriptions for the next 3 months.

We ate lunch at home: vegetarian pepperoni sliced and cooked with canned stewed tomatoes.
