I slept well last night, got up early this morning, and went out for a nice walk and a short work-out at the outdoor gym, as well. Along the way, I took a number of photos, including today's pic of the day, of the sun just before it peeked over the mountains, as seen between 2 buildings from the top of Argaman:

On the way back from my walk, I stopped and bought challah and some cookies at the bakery (even though I was shirtless).

I taught 5 units of Berlitz lessons today: 9:00-9:45, 9:45-11:15, and 11:30-1:00.

I had a large salad and veggie burger sandwiches for lunch at home today.

In the afternoon, I did the weekly household chores.

In the evening, I had a lovely dinner with Bassia & David at their place, and enjoyed sitting and chatting with them for some time on their balcony. The weather was just perfect out by that time.

I walked a total of 6.96 kilometers today.
