I got up very early this morning and went for a nice walk around the big loop. I petted 3 different cats on this walk, the first 2 (mother and son, I think) on Sheshet HaYamim near Derekh Yotam and the other on Harim Road near Ein Netafim. There's another guy whom I often see also petting that last one. We've exchanged a few words several times, and today we talked a little more. I found out that his name is Michel, and he's from Argentina. He works with meat and fish, he lives near there with his wife, and he's waiting for his ride to work. In fact, there are several people, other walkers, that I see very frequently, mostly on Harim Road, and we say "Good morning!" (well, actually, "Boker tov!") to each other and, occasionally, a few other words.
I took 2 pictures this morning, the second from the median in front of my gate, is today's pic of the day:
I taught 8 units of Berlitz lessons today: 9:15-11:30, 11:30-1:00, 2:45-3:30, and 4:30-6:00.
I microwaved a vegetarian schnitzel and then cut it up into small pieces to add to my salad for lunch.
I walked a total of 6.03 kilometers today.
