I got up quite late this morning and so only went out for a very short walk. I still took a couple of pictures, though, one of which is today's pic of the day, the sunrise from Canada Gardens:

I just relaxed during the morning, and then I had my usual eggs and rice for lunch.

After lunch, I got a small start on the second movement of my symphony. It's not a lot, but it's important because it's part of getting past writer's block (yes, composers can get it, too).

In the late afternoon, I talked for a while with David's sister in Ohio. She had a fairly difficult week but is okay.

In the evening, I went out for a very nice walk around the big loop (with some variations). The breeze made it especially pleasant out. I took several more pictures.

I walked a total of 7 kilometers today.
