Wednesday, 26 October 2016

I was lazy again this morning about getting up, and so, once again, I didn't go out for an early-morning walk.

I was scheduled to teach 7 units of Berlitz lessons today, but the last 2-unit one turned out to be a no-show: 9:15-10:00, 10:00-11:30, 3:30-5:00, and 6:00-7:30.

Before lunch, I decided to go out for a midday walk since the sky was mostly cloudy. I went up and followed bike trails in the nearby hills and really enjoyed it. The clouds, though, began to clear, and then the sun was a bit hot. Still, I had a nice walk for just over an hour. I also took quite a few pictures, including today's pic of the day, a typical little valley between the rugged hills:

I had a yellow bell pepper, a tomato, corn on the cob, and slices of cheese for lunch.

Before my last lesson, I took another short walk for a little less than half an hour.

I walked a total of 4.7 kilometers today.
