I slept well, got up early, and went for a lovely walk around the big loop before breakfast. I even took some time to work out a little at one of the outdoor gyms on my route, and I also extended the route somewhat in a few places. I took a number of pictures, including today's pic of the day, a group of orange-yellow flowers with a welcome visitor:

After breakfast, I enjoyed a nice phone chat with David in Tel Aviv. We always both enjoy talking to each other.

I did a load of laundry this morning. It's still hanging out in the corridor. Although it may already be dry, I think I'll wait until morning to fold and put everything away.

I had my traditional eggs and rice, plus a nice salad for lunch.

The rest of the day, I mostly relaxed and watched sitcoms, with the exceptions of an afternoon visit with my friends and a Skype chat with Joyce in Ohio, who, unfortunately, is back in the hospital.

I walked a total of 8.9 kilometers today.
