I slept well last night, got up very early, and went for a great walk around the big loop, somewhat extended. I took a number of pictures, including today's pic of the day, the sunrise:

I taught 5 units of Berlitz lessons today: 9:30-11:45 and 4:30-6:00.

I really enjoyed my sitcoms today, 8 episodes of 4 different shows.

For lunch, I had a veggie burger sandwich with tomato, mayonnaise, and mustard, as well as a nice big salad and some peanuts.

In the evening, I did some grocery shopping at the nearest supermarket.

I walked a total of 6.5 kilometers today.
