I taught 8 units of Berlitz lessons today, including one 2-unit lesson that I accepted when it was offered to me in the middle of the day: 9:30-11:00, 11:00-12:30, 2:30-4:00 (the added lesson), and 5:00-6:30.
I had a salad and 2 sandwiches with veggie burgers and cheese for lunch.
In the evening, I did a little grocery shopping at the nearby market.
I walked only 340 meters today.
