I got up and went for a fairly short walk this morning, but I did spend some time working out at the outdoor gym. On my way back, I stopped in a nearby neighborhood to snap today's pic of the day just a few minutes before sunrise:

The WIZO meeting was very enjoyable, as always. I took the bus both there and back because the weather has once again gotten a bit hotter.

I had my regular large salad and slices of cheese in tortillas for lunch today.

I taught 6 units of Berlitz lesson today: 3:00-4:30, 5:00-6:30, and 6:30-8:00.

I walked a total of 2.9 kilometers today.
