Thursday, 8 January 2015

I was tired this morning and so didn't get up in time to go out for a walk. Besides, it was cold out there (the forecast low for last night was 7ºF = 45ºF)! All of you in the rest of Israel (where it's raining and even snowing) and, even more, in most parts of the U.S. can now laugh hysterically!  LOL

I taught 8 units of Berlitz lesson today: 10:00-11:30, 11:30-1:00, 3:00-4:30, and 7:00-8:30.

For lunch, I went over to Greg Café and got us an omelet sandwich. I also made a cup of chicken-flavored soup (but certainly no chicken, since it's kosher parve!) for David.

I walked over to the doctor's office for a 5:00 appointment to give him the results of David's CT. He said the brain atrophy is somewhat similar to that seen in Alzheimer's. Of course, we'll need to see the neurologist for more details and for any possible medicines that might lessen the effects. Unfortunately, the neurologist only comes to Eilat once a month, and it's not know when his schedule of open appointment will be available, so I'll just have to keep checking regularly.
