I woke up slightly late and felt more than a little lazy, so I didn't go out for a walk this morning.
I spent much of my time today making a small improvement to my final project, even though it's already turned in and being evaluated by my peers. I'm calling the new version "ChucK Makes More Variations" because there is now even more that is left to chance. The results are really quite amazing: phrases that sound "right" and even seem to be in a logical order. It's really fun doing algorithmic composition!
We took a drive around the short loop this morning, going up the Arava to highway 40, up highway 40 past Ne'ot Smadar to the Shizzafon Junction, and then returning to Eilat on highway 12.
For lunch, we went to Barbis and both had soyaburgers.
We talked for a while this afternoon with David's sister in Ohio. She's out of the hospital but still feeling a little weak. They're having a big family party at their place today, so we didn't talk too long since they were quire busy preparing things.
In the early evening, we drove over to Ice Park and had frozen yogurt. David's legs weren't feeling very steady, so he stayed in the car in the parking building while I went in and got the yogurt. Then we sat together in the car and ate it.
