I again slept well, got up early, and went for a walk around the big loop. I also took quite a few pictures, including today's pic of the day, the moment the sun appeared over the Jordanian mountains:

On my way back home, I stopped first at the bakery to buy challah for Shabbat. I also decided to buy large cheese burekas for lunch.

I taught 5 units of Berlitz lessons today: 9:00-9:45, 10:00-11:30, and 12:00-1:30.

I had a salad and burekas for lunch. After lunch, I did the weekly chores before settling down to a relaxing afternoon of sitcoms and iPad games.

In the evening, I lit candles, drank some sweet red wine, and ate some challah to welcome the Shabbat Queen.

I walked a total of 6 kilometers today.
