I slept well last night, woke up and got up early, and went for a nice walk around the big loop. I took lots of flower pictures, including today's pic of the day, an insect just before it left a lovely yellow flower after a deep-dive visit:

I called David in Tel Aviv and talked with him for quite some time, including during my whole walk to WIZO.

At WIZO, one of our newest members, Scott Fless, told us about some of his experiences as a professional dancer, including on Broadway. It was a very interactive presentation, maybe even a bit too much so, but everyone enjoyed it and had a good time.

Afterwards, I stopped at the Shufersal near there and bought several items before walking back home. I also stopped at another market (near the "traffic-light kikar") to buy cashews.

I had a salad, 2 shnitzels, and some breadsticks for lunch today.

I relaxed and watched several sitcoms during the afternoon.

I taught 4 units of Berlitz lessons today: 5:00-6:30 and 7:00-8:30.

I walked a total of 8.9 kilometers today.
