I got up a bit more easily this morning, and with less aching. David was also feeling better, although he still had a bit of nausea. I walked up Nakhal Shakhamon, across on the bicycle trail to highway 12, and back down the highway to town, stopping to do my stretches in the usual spot.
I taught 3 classes today (6 units): 1:00-2:30, 3:00-4:30, and 6:00-7:30. We ate lunch at home after pretty much taking it easy for the morning.
David again began to feel cold in the mid-afternoon, and this time we thought to take his temperature. It was 100.2˚F (38.9˚C). I gave him two optalgin pills, the fever eventually went away, and he generally just felt MUCH better than yesterday evening. Apparently, it was some kind of summer bug.
