I got up in good time this morning and got in a good round of exercise. I hadn't slept perfectly, but it was okay. David didn't sleep really well, but he got more sleep than he has some nights.
We had an appointment with our family doctor this morning about David's sleep problems. The doctor was a bit puzzled, but he did prescribe a sleeping pill, and it's one that has been prescribed for David before. We'll see how it works tonight.
We ate at home today since I had a student at 1:00. We had vegeburgers and cut yellow beans. Besides the student from 1:00 to 2:30 I had a class from 3:00 to 4:30, giving me a total of 4 units today.
After I was done teaching, we took a drive around the small loop (highways 90 to 40 to 12, and back to Eilat that way). It's always a beautiful drive.
