This morning, instead of going for a walk, I took out the trash and all the various things to be recycled: plastic bottles, containers, paper, and cardboard (to 4 different places). I also walked down to the bakery on bought challah for Shabbat and continued over to the candy store to replenish our supplies.
I taught only one 2-unit Berlitz class today: 9:00-10:30.
We ate lunch at Il Pentolino, having our usual favorite Friday lunch dishes.
We talked to David's sister in Ohio, who was released from the hospital yesterday. She's doing well.
In the evening, we lit candles, drank wine, and ate challah to bring in the peace of Shabbat.
