Last night, we were both very tired after the long trip, so we actually went to bed a little early and quickly fell fast asleep. Around 2:30 a.m., I woke up enough to notice that David was not in bed, and something made me sit up to look into the bathroom. Even without my glasses, I could see that something was not right, so, of course, I immediately put them on and got up to investigate. Sure enough, David was on his back on the floor, with his feet near the toilet and his head against the door. He wasn't hurt, though, so it was just a matter of trying to get him around so that he could get himself up, which he eventually did. We do NOT know how long he had lain there after falling -- I hadn't even heard him get out of bed. In any case, all was well, and we both slept quite well for the rest of the night. I did NOT, however, get up early, so I didn't get any walk in.
I taught 8 units of Berlitz lesson today: 9:00-10:30, 12:00-1:30, 2:30-4:00, and 6:00-7:30.
We ate lunch at home because we had only an hour.
We drove down to Ice Park after 4:00, had frozen yogurt, and walked once around the mall for exercise. That was all David's leg could manage for today.
In the evening, after my last class, I zipped over to Shufersal to do the weekly grocery shopping.
