This morning I got up slightly late but I felt good and so still managed to walk to the highway 12 kikar and back.
I taught 10 units of Berlitz lessons today (7.5 hours): 9:00-10:30, 10:30-12:00, 12:00-1:30, 2:30-4:00, and 6:00-7:30.
Since we only had an hour for lunch, we ate vegetarian weenies wrapped in whole-wheat tortillas.
Between 4:00 and 6:00 we drove down to Ice Park for frozen yogurt and a couple of times around the mall for exercise. David's legs really hurt him, and he almost didn't make it. We had to rest for a bit at one point not too far from the end. But he made it!
