I got up a little late this morning but still went out for a full, long walk. I deviated a little from the big loop but went about the same distance overall. I took several pictures, including today's pic of the day, showing the sun just rising behind some trees, as seen from the corner of Ein Netafim and Sheshet HaYamim:

I called and got an appointment with the Maccabi social worker on the 2nd of August. I have a couple of things I need to discuss with her.

I taught only 4 units of Berlitz lessons today: 11:30-1:00 and 4:00-5:30.

I had a salad and weenies wrapped in whole wheat tortillas for lunch at home today.

I walked a total of 6.4 kilometers today.
