I got up early this morning and went for a nice walk around the big loop, with some minor variations that didn't affect the overall length. I took several pictures, including today's pic of the day, which shows a little fence that has been added to the landscaping in one part of the Nakhal Garuf Promenade since I last walked there:

I did a load of laundry today (I had also done one yesterday), so now nearly all my clothes are clean.

I got quite a lot of work done on my orchestral music today. Mostly, I'm battling the distortion monster (and winning!).

I had my usual eggs and rice for lunch today. I also added some sunflower seeds to the mix this time. In addition, I ate a nice salad.

In the late afternoon, I talked with David's sister in Ohio. She's continuing to feel better.

I walked a total of 6.56 kilometers today.
