Despite getting to bed a little late last night, I woke up very early this morning and went for a nice walk around the big loop with a few small variations. I took 4 pictures including today's pic of the day, a view of the sun just appearing over the Jordanian mountains, framed by 2 of the Shakhamon high-rises:

I taught 4 units of Berlitz lessons today: 11:00-12:30 and 2:45-4:15.

I had a tomato and a vegetarian shnitzel for lunch at home today.

After my last lesson, I went over to the optician, who replaced the lenses of the glasses with new ones. My vision is now very noticeably better, especially in the left eye!

I got some good work done today on transcribing my variations on Y'did Nefesh (the longer tune) for organ to orchestra.

I walked a total of 7.36 kilometers today.
