I woke up less tired this morning than yesterday but still not early at all.
I took advantage of the fact that my first lesson wasn't until 11:00 today to take out the trash and the plastic bottles for recycling.
A social worker named Shimrit came out today, sent from the city welfare office. She was very nice and will probably be able to help David in various ways to improve his quality of life. I was able to talk with her and David for about 40 minutes before I had to go into a lesson, but David continued talking with her for a while longer. She was a little worried about her English, but it really was quite good, and I was able to translate a bit when she had a little trouble.
I taught 9 units of Berlitz lessons today: 11:00-12:30, 2:00-4:15, 5:00-6:30, and 6:30-8:00. We went down to the local bakery for lunch between 12:30 and 2:00. Both of us had burekas plates.
