Last night, I took both 400 mg of ibuprofen AND a Colex pill BEFORE going to bed, and this enabled me to sleep pretty much all night, or at least to fall asleep again very quickly when I did wake. I woke up feeling that I had had a real night of sleep.
I taught 4 units of Berlitz lessons today: 10:00-11:30 and 12:00-1:30. Both were regular groups of mine consisting of Canon employees, the first in Poland and the second in Germany.
We ate lunch at home today because we figured that by the time I was finished teaching most places would already be closed for the holiday.
In the late afternoon, we took a very pleasant drive around the short loop in the reverse direction (up highway 12 and back on highway 90). I wore shorts and a tank top and had my window at least partly down for the entire trip and was very comfortable. The weather here is so wonderful, especially at this time of year!
In the evening, we made a very small seder with just the 2 of us. It was really quite nice and very informal!
