I slept pretty poorly last night. I got up fairly early because I couldn't go back to sleep, but I felt much too tired to go out for a walk at that point. Later, before breakfast, I did walk down to recycle the cardboard and buy challah for Shabbat.
I was scheduled to teach only 3 units of Berlitz lessons today, but I agreed 15 minutes before its start time to do an additional 2-unit class (the middle one in this chronological list): 9:00-9:45, 10:00-11:30, and 11:30-1:00.
We ate lunch at Buddha Burgers today, now that we have found it where it is and that it did NOT go out of business! It was so good to be able to do that again!
I spent almost all the afternoon watching videos for my Swift iOS programming class and trying out the exercises he showed. It's quite exciting, really!
In the evening, as the sun was about to disappear behind the Eilat Mountains, we lit candles, drank wine, and ate challah to welcome Shabbat.
Shabbat Shalom to everyone! שבת שלום לכולם
