Tuesday, 9 September 2014

I woke up during the night last night and then had some trouble getting comfortable and sleeping well after that. So I got up quite late and didn't go out for a walk at all.

I watched most of the video lectures for the new unit of my class, Algorithmic Thinking, today. Professor Nakhleh (who is an Arab originally from Israel) is an excellent teacher. Much of the material was already somewhat familiar to me, but it was still nice to see it explained so clearly and in such good detail.

I enjoyed the weekly English-speakers' meeting at WIZO this morning. There was no special program -- we just all sat and enjoyed chatting.

David and I had lunch today at Il Pentolino, ordering our usual favorites there.

I taught 6 units of Berlitz lessons today: 2:30-4:00, 4:00-5:30, and 6:00-7:30 -- all at level 6.
