I slept quite well last night but didn't go out for an early-morning walk, mostly due to the cold.
I was scheduled to teach 5 units of Berlitz lessons today (10:00-10:45, 11:30-1:00, and 5:30-7:00), but the second lesson turned out to be a late cancellation (for which I still get paid).
I had planned to go to the pharmacy after lunch, but I decided to go before when the lesson was canceled. So, I walked to the Maccabi pharmacy (about 3.5 km), picked up my prescriptions and a couple of other things, and walked back. The whole thing took only a little over 2 hours, including the time at the pharmacy, a stop to buy soda on the way back, and another stop to rest for a bit before I got home. It was very enjoyable, and I was comfortable wearing socks and shoes, jeans, and a short-sleeve t-shirt. In fact, on the way back, I was walking as much as possible in the shade to keep from being too hot.
I had cheese and tomato sandwiches and cookies for lunch at home today.
