I didn't sleep very well last night and got up a bit late. I also have a low-level cold (a little stuffiness, a scratchy throat, and, now, a cough).
I had only a single 1-unit Berlitz lesson today: 10:30-11:15.
I spent most of the rest of the day working on sorting and packing. Now, ALL the cabinets in my office are empty, and I've gone through nearly all the kitchen, getting rid of a LOT of stuff, including quite a bit of outdated food. I also packed up 3 boxes, but mostly I was sorting things out today.
I did take a short walk, to the end of Harim Road and back, just after the sun went behind the mountains. At the little play area, I met a feline friend I hadn't seen in a while, a beautiful and friendly black cat. I took some time to pet him, and he even sat for a while on my lap while I sat on the bench there. Then he followed me for about a block as I started back home.
I forgot to mention yesterday that the mover came. So, now the move date and price are fixed. I'll be moving on the very last day of the year, 31 December, a week from tomorrow.
I walked a total of four and a quarter kilometers today.
