Tuesday, 1 December 2015

I got up and got in a lovely walk this morning. I actually wore a light long-sleeve shirt over my t-shirt, but I still wore short pants. Just before I arrived back home, I actually took the long-sleeve shirt off. I petted the most friendly, cute peaches-and-cream kitten during the walk. He wasn't afraid at all -- I even picked him up for a bit -- and he just purred like crazy.

I walked to the WIZO meeting this morning (and back afterwards). It only took me just over 45 minutes to get there. On the walk back, I extended and went all the way to the end of Harim Road before returning home. It was again such a perfect day out for walking.

I had Heinz beans and (vegan) weenies, plus a green salad with tomato and some cookies, for lunch at home today.

After lunch, I went and bought a lot more boxes and lids, tape, and pens to label boxes with.

I taught 4 units of Berlitz lessons today, all in the evening: 5:00-6:30 and 7:00-8:30.

Altogether, I walked more than 14.8 kilometers today (21,569 steps), a new record high for a single day.
