I had a rather relaxed morning, talking with David and scanning another play for our group. I even napped a bit in my chair before eating lunch.
After lunch, I took a leisurely walk around the big loop. The sun was shining warmly, but the air was cool and there was some breeze, so I walked as much as possible in the sun.
As I was walking along, Tony and Annette caught up with me in their buggy, so we chatted for a bit. Later, over on the Nakhal Garuf Tayelet, I also chatted briefly with one of the veterinarians who lives near there and was out walking her dogs.
I took a couple of pictures of lovely flowers, one of which also shows a bug and is today's pic of the day:
By the time I got back home, I had been out for nearly 2 hours and was feeling pretty tired. I actually napped a bit more in my chair.
I walked a total of 5.5 kilometers today.
