I slept well last night and got up late this morning.
After talking for a while with David on the phone, I did a load of laundry and got it hanging out to dry in the corridor.
I had a salad, a baked potato (baked in my toaster oven), and a couple of vegetarian shnitzels for lunch.
After lunch, I walked over to Bassia & David's place to try to help them with a computer problem they were having. I was a least partly successful, and I also enjoyed some cake and tea with them.
From there, I walked the back way to the cemetery, where, of course, I visited David's grave, leaving a few stones that I had collected a few weeks ago. Today's pic of the day is a view of the cemetery from the back entrance:
Then I walked down the main road and into town on HaTmarim, where I went to the pharmacy and got the cough syrup that I had forgotten to pick up when I was there yesterday.
I walked home by a very circuitous route, enjoying the end of a beautiful warm day in Eilat. For the entire walk, I wore socks and shoes, long pants (thin corduroy) and a t-shirt, and I was perfectly comfortable.
Before returning home, I stopped at the grocery store to pick up a couple of items I had forgotten to get there yesterday.
I taught only 2 units of Berlitz lesson today: 7:00-8:30.
I walked a total of 6.7 kilometers today.
