I slept well last night and got up quite early this morning. I even managed to do the dishes (which I usually do on Fridays) before going to WIZO.
I talked to David as I walked to WIZO this morning.
Our program today at WIZO was a saxophone concert by Terry, which everyone enjoyed very much.
After WIZO, Isobel walked home with me so that I could show her how to feed Pascal and clean his box while I'm in the hospital.
I had a salad, quesadillas, and some cookies for lunch.
After lunch, I went for a walk around the big loop, slightly extended. The weather was really lovely out, with mostly blue sky and some patchy clouds. I took several pictures, including today's pic of the day, showing Aqaba and the Red Sea, as seen from the hills behind the hospital:
I taught 4 units of Berlitz lessons today: 4:15-5:45 and 7:00-8:30.
Between the 2 lessons, I did some grocery shopping at the Elimelech Supermarket (the one nearest to me).
I walked a total of 9.4 kilometers today.
