I got up early this morning (as usual, huh?).
Since I had plenty of time, I left a half-hour early for WIZO and walked up to Harim, over and down on Hagai, and then back on Sheshet HaYamim. It was a lovely walk in the cool morning, with partly cloudy skies and beautiful flowers.
The WIZO meeting itself was also very enjoyable. Our member, Siri (NOT the one on your iPhone!) showed us a picture and told us the story behind it. It's how, when she was 6 years old, she happened to meet then-VP Richard Nixon (who was campaigning to be president in 1959) at the LA airport. And, sure enough, there she is in the picture, standing right in front of him! Quite a story (and also of how she managed to find the picture)!
On the way back, I stopped and bought a few item at the Shufersal near there.
For lunch at home, I had a salad and a couple of vegetarian breasts, on-the-grill style.
I taught 8 units (6 straight hours!) of Berlitz lessons today: 2:30-4:00 (except this one turned out to be a no-show), 4:00-5:30, 5:30-7:00, and 7:00-8:30. That's my complete hours of availability for a Tuesday!
I walked 6.33 kilometers today.
