I again got up very early but didn't go out walking.
I was scheduled to teach 10 units today, but the final 1-unit lesson turned out to be a late cancellation. Fortunately, I was notified about it well in advance, so I didn't have to even enter the classroom. Here was my teaching schedule: 9:15-10:00, 10:00-11:30, 11:30-1:00, 2:45-4:15, 4:30-6:00, and 6:00-6:45.
I had corn on the cob and weenies wrapped in tortillas for lunch at home today.
After lunch, I took a short walk in the park. It was sunny but windy, and the air was quite cool.
After my last class, I put on socks and shoes and a t-shirt (with short pants) and walked down to the mall (Mul HaYam). I walked around a bit there and sat and had a piece of cake and a small coffee at Café Neto. A guy working there remembered me, welcomed me back (in English), and asked about my "friend" (David and I used to go there, but not very often). I had to tell him that David had died last May.
I took a slightly circuitous route back home and just generally really enjoyed this refreshing evening walk.
I walked a total of 7.02 kilometers today.
