I actually DID write this on Thursday, 18 January, but I forgot to post it then, so here it is, 2 days later:
I slept well last night and got up rather late this morning.
After breakfast, I walked down to Maccabi for my weekly blood test (to make sure my blood thinner is working properly). Alone the way, I took several pictures, including today's pic of the day, showing some flowers on the median of Sheshet HaYamim (at the traffic light kikar):
After the blood draw, I walked home in time for my first lesson of the day.
I taught 6 units of Berlitz lessons today: 10:30-12:00, 5:00-6:30, and 6:30-8:00.
After my first lesson, I ate another big bowl of my soup/stew for lunch. I also ate a few handfuls of trail mix (dried fruit and nuts).
During lunch, I worked on my Fugue of the Day based on a tune that probably very few, if any, of you are familiar with. You can listen to it here.
In the afternoon, I felt tired, so I just relaxed in my chair and even dozed off a bit.
I walked a total of 3.8 kilometers today.
