Tuesday, 23 January 2018

I slept well last night and got up fairly early this morning. Before I left for WIZO, I had already done most of the work on today's fugue.

I walked over to WIZO, which was very informal today. Except for Isobel, it just so happened that only Americans showed up today, which is quite unusual. Afterwards, I walked back home most of the way with Isobel, since she lives not far from me.

Today's pic of the day is a view of the sun behind the clouds that I took down a street not far from my place this morning:

When I got back, I finished work on today's Fugue of the Day, based on a Scott Joplin rag (from "The Entertainer", I think). You can listen to it here.

I had a large salad and weenies wrapped in tortillas for lunch.

I taught 6 units of Berlitz lessons today: 3:30-5:00, 5:00-6:30, and 7:00-8:30.

I walked a total of 2.9 kilometers today.
