I got up fairly early this morning but just didn't feel like going out for a walk.

I taught 7 units of Berlitz lessons today: 10:00-11:30, 11:30-1:00, 2:45-3:30, and 7:00-8:30.

I had a large salad, with an added tomato and sunflower seeds, and beans and weenies for lunch at home today.

In the afternoon I walked down to Mall HaYam, walked around in the mall for a while, then walked over to the SuperPharm on HaTmarim (to get my favorite toothpaste), and then back home, stopping several times along the way to rest. It was warm but not too hot hot, and I was able to walk mostly in the shade, especially on the way back. Today's pic of the day is a view of the North Beach from the upper level of the mall:

I walked a total of 8.68 kilometers today.
