I woke up and got up early this morning. After spending a little time sitting with Pascal out by the gate, I sent him back into the apartment and went out for a nice morning walk. The breeze was absolutely delightful! Of course I took a number of pictures. Today's pic of the day is one of them, a silhouette of buildings, palm trees, and the Jordanian mountains shortly before sunrise:
I also enjoyed the walk to WIZO. Although by that time it was mostly sunny, the air was still cool and moving nicely. Sharona did a nice presentation with plenty of illustrative videos on Motown music, and I enjoyed it very much.
After WIZO I walked down to the Maccabi office for my appointment with my urologist. He ordered the ultrasound for me that the oncologist wants, but he said I have to see to family doctor to get the order for the MRI.
I caught the bus back home to avoid walking too much in the bright sun in the middle of the day. Then I made an appointment to see my family doctor next Sunday and to undergo the ultrasound next Tuesday.
I had beans and weenies and a large salad with tomato and bell pepper for lunch at home today.
I taught 5 units of Berlitz lessons today, the last one (2 units) being one that will be observed: 2:45-3:30, 4:00-5:30, and 7:00-8:30.
I walked a total of 5.23 kilometers today.
