I got up fairly early this morning, but I just didn't quite feel like going out for a walk. I did take some time, though, to watch more lectures from my online class in regression and to pass the first quiz for this week.
After breakfast, I walked down to the nearest market to buy a few more items I needed.
I was scheduled to teach 6 units of Berlitz lessons today, but the middle 2-unit one turned out to be a late cancellation, which I found out about just before its start time: 10:30-12:00, 2:45-4:15, and 5:30-7:00.
I had a cucumber, shakshuka (with 2 eggs, plus half a yellow bell pepper and some olive pieces added), and some ice cream for lunch at home today.
My oncologist called today. He had promised to bring up my case at their regular staff meeting, and he is recommending that I undergo an MRI to see if the cancer is confined to my prostate or not. If it's not, then radiation is almost certainly the best option. My urologist here, though, will have to order the MRI. The oncologist will send me a letter about it via e-mail.
In the evening, after my last class, I went out for a medium-length walk. The weather today was cooler than yesterday.
Today, I'm putting up TWO pics of the day, both "portraits" of Pascal. In the first, he was sitting on my lap. In the second, he was lying on the piano near me:
I walked a total of 3.54 kilometers today.
