Shabbat, 6 February 2016

I slept well and got up early this morning.

After breakfast, I watched the recording of last night's service at BCC (Beth Chayim Chadashim).

Then I went out for a walk for about 2 hours in the area of the city north of me, going as far down as the Collier Center.

I had a tomato and weenies (vegetarian, of course) wrapped in whole-wheat tortillas for lunch at home today.

After a little rest, I went out for another walk of more than an hour and a half, this one over to Shakhamon, south of here. On both walks, I also visited the outdoor gym and worked out a bit there.

Today was such a lovely day, sunny with some clouds in the morning, but cool, with a nice breeze.

In the evening, I talked with David's sister in Ohio and found out that she's been in the hospital since Wednesday with a blood infection. She's beginning to recover and feels a little better now, though.

I walked a total of 13.24 kilometers today, the most of any day this week.
