Last night, for the first time since my surgery, I slept without a pull-up (naked, in fact). I felt secure in doing this since I haven't been "leaking" at night for some time, and this was no exception. It felt good. I then got up fairly early after a good night's sleep and ate breakfast.
I taught 6 units of Berlitz lessons today: 9:00-10:30, 3:00-4:30, and 6:00-7:30.
After my morning class, I put a load of laundry into the washing machine and took a nice walk around the big loop, with some modifications. I took several pictures of flowers along the way, including today's pic of the day:
When I got back, the load was finished, and I hung it out to dry in the corridor.
I had a salad, shnitzel, and rice for lunch.
Before my last class, I took a walk to a market near the north end of Sheshet HaYamim to buy more peanut butter. I was out, and this is one of the few places that carries the kind I like, especially in the larger, 1-kilo container. While I was there, I picked up a few other small items, as well.
I walked a total of 7.9 kilometers today.
